About This Product

These are ready-to-cook foxtail millet noodles made for daily household use. The noodle base is 100% foxtail millet flour with no maida. They are pre-cooked and dried not fried and cook in under five minutes. Foxtail millet is sourced from rain-fed farms in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. Each pack includes a natural spice mix sachet. The noodles are sealed in moisture-protected packaging for a 12-month shelf life. They suit everyday meal routines and work well for brands that want a daily-use, health-forward instant noodle product on their retail shelf.

Farming Method

Rain-fed farming on naturally enriched red soil in South and Central India. Foxtail millet grown without irrigation or synthetic fertilizers. Harvested at peak grain ripeness.

Processing Method
