About This Product

These noodles are made from a blend of traditional grains and millets,  including wheat, foxtail millet, finger millet, and sorghum. Each grain is sourced from rain-fed farms in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh and dried and milled before blending. The combined flour is then extruded into noodle strands and slow-dried. There is no artificial binding agent, no preservative, and no artificial colour. The noodles have a balanced, mildly earthy flavour from the grain blend. They are firm enough for stir-frying and make a good everyday noodle for households that want more nutrition from their daily meals without switching to a single-millet product.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Multiple grains sourced from rain-fed farms across central and western India. Traditional farming methods with crop rotation. Each grain is grown in its natural climate and soil.

Processing Method

Grains individually cleaned → dried → milled separately → blended per set formulation → noodle strands extruded → slow-dried → sorted and packed in moisture-protected bags.

Shelf Life

9 months from date of packing

Storage Advice

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Seal after opening. Best consumed within 3 months of opening for optimal texture.
