About This Product

Foxtail millet flour is the base of these instant noodles, which come with a natural masala sachet included. The noodles are pre-cooked, not fried, and ready in under five minutes. The millet is sourced from rain-fed farms in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. No maida is blended into the noodle base. The masala sachet is made from natural spices with no MSG or artificial flavouring. The noodles are packed in moisture-sealed pouches to maintain a 12-month shelf life. A straightforward healthier swap from regular instant noodles suitable for households, school tiffins, and quick office meals where people want something clean and filling.

Farming Method

Rain-fed dryland farming on red soil in South and Central India. Crop rotation with legumes. No synthetic fertilisers. Foxtail is harvested when heads fully ripen and droop.

Processing Method

Foxtail flour prepared → noodle strands extruded → pre-cooked in clean water → dried without frying → packed with natural masala sachet → moisture-sealed and labelled.
