Millet Chilla Mix

Chilla, the North Indian savoury pancake, is a quick and protein-rich breakfast that is far more forgiving than idli or dosa batter. This millet chilla mix is made from a blend of besan, foxtail millet flour, and finger millet flour along with a set of dry spice blends: cumin, coriander, and dried herbs, measured and packed together. No artificial flavouring, no MSG, and no preservative is used. The millet flours are sourced from rain-fed farms in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. Just add water, chopped onion and green chilli if preferred, and pour on a hot tawa. The chilla cooks firm, slightly crispy on the edge, and has a warm spiced flavour from the spice blend.
