About This Product

This product is available in both instant and Hakka formats and is made from stone-milled finger millet flour. The instant format comes with a natural spice sachet and is ready in under five minutes. The Hakka format is plain dried noodles for cooking with your own sauce or stir-fry. Both use the same ragi flour base sourced from rain-fed farms in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. No maida is used in either format. The instant version is pre-cooked and dried. The Hakka version is slow-dried. Both are free from preservatives and artificial colour. A versatile ragi noodle option suitable for multiple product line applications.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Rain-fed farming on red laterite soil in South India. No synthetic fertilisers or irrigation. Finger millet hand-harvested at full maturity by farm families.

Processing Method

Ragi flour stone-milled → noodle strands extruded → Instant: pre-cooked and dried, packed with natural spice sachet | Hakka: slow-dried only → both formats moisture-sealed and packed.

Shelf Life

9 months from date of packing

Storage Advice

Store in a cool, dry airtight container. For instant: cook full pack immediately on opening. For Hakka: seal and use within 3 months of opening.
