Complete transparency — from the soil it was grown in, to the hands that sorted it, to the bag it ships in.

About This Product

These Hakka noodles are made from a blend of millets including foxtail, finger millet, and sorghum flour. Each grain is individually dried and stone-milled before blending. The combined flour is extruded into flat Hakka strands and slow-dried without any maida or artificial binder. Sourced from rain-fed farms across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. The noodles have a warm, earthy grain flavour and a firm texture that works well in stir-fries. They absorb sauces and dry masala tossings cleanly without breaking apart during cooking. A reliable multi-grain Hakka noodle for health-focused retail brands and wholesale buyers.
