About This Product

These instant noodles are made from a blend of multiple millets: foxtail, finger millet, and sorghum and come packed with a natural spice sachet. The noodle base contains no maida, and the noodles are pre-cooked and dried, not fried. They are ready to eat in under five minutes. Sourced from millet farms in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. The spice sachet uses natural spices only, no MSG or artificial flavouring. Packed in moisture-sealed pouches for a 12-month shelf life. A wholesome alternative to regular instant noodles for brands and households that want a genuinely cleaner option on the shelf.

Farming Method

Multiple millets sourced from rain-fed farms across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. Natural input farming. Traditional crop rotation maintained for soil health.

Processing Method

Millet flours blended in set ratio → noodle strands extruded → pre-cooked → slow-dried without frying → natural spice sachet prepared and added → sealed in moisture-protected pouches.
