About This Product

These Hakka noodles are made from a blend of five traditional millets: finger millet, foxtail millet, little millet, sorghum, and pearl millet. Each millet is individually sun-dried and stone-milled before the flours are combined. The blended flour is extruded into Hakka noodle strands and slow-dried without any maida, artificial binding agent, or preservative. Sourced from farms in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. The noodles have a warm, earthy taste from the grain blend and a firm texture that holds up well in stir-fries. This is a practical, nutrition-first Hakka noodle option for health food brands and retail lines.

Individual millets are sourced from rain-fed farms across central and western India. Each millet is grown in its natural soil and seasonal climate. Traditional crop rotation. Zero synthetic inputs.

Processing Method

Individual millets cleaned → sun-dried separately → stone-milled → blended in set ratio → extruded as Hakka strands → slow-dried at low temperature → quality checked and packed.
