About This Product

This pasta is made entirely from gluten-free grain flours, a blend of rice, finger millet, and sorghum, sourced from farms in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. None of the ingredient grains contains gluten. The flours are individually milled and blended, then extruded into pasta shapes without wheat or any gluten-containing ingredient. It holds its shape on boiling and does not turn sticky if drained promptly. This is a practical option for people with gluten sensitivity or celiac conditions, or those who simply prefer to avoid gluten in their daily diet. It works well in both Indian-style and continental pasta preparations.
