About This Product

This pasta is made by combining flours of multiple traditional millets: finger millet, foxtail millet, little millet, sorghum, and pearl millet. Each grain is individually sun-dried and stone-milled before blending to keep flavor and nutrients intact. The combined flour is shaped into pasta and slow-dried without artificial binder. Sourced from farms in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Gujarat, where these millets grow naturally in rain-fed fields. The pasta has a warm, earthy flavour and a satisfying texture. It is well suited for brands launching health-first pasta product lines or nutritious everyday meal products.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Sourced from rain-fed farms across central and western India. Individual millets grown in their native soil and climate. Traditional farming with crop rotation. Zero chemical input in farming.

Processing Method

Individual millets cleaned → sun-dried separately → stone-milled → blended in set ratio → pasta shapes extruded → slow-dried at low temperature → sorted and packed.
