About This Product

This pasta is made from a blend of traditional grains and millets, including wheat, foxtail millet, finger millet, and sorghum. Each ingredient is sourced from farms in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, where they grow naturally in rain-fed and dryland conditions. The grains are individually dried and milled before blending. The flour is then extruded into pasta shapes and slow-dried. It has a balanced, mildly earthy flavor and a firm texture on cooking. This is a practical everyday pasta for households and food brands that want more nutrition than regular wheat pasta without switching entirely to a single-grain alternative.
