About This Product

This ragi pasta is made from finger millet flour sourced from farms in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh where the grain has been grown for centuries without irrigation dependency. Farmers here use simple rain-fed methods and harvest the grain by hand when it is fully mature. The grain is sun-dried and stone-milled, and the flour is extruded into standard pasta shapes and slow-dried. There is no refined flour, no preservative, and no artificial ingredient used at any stage. It is a clean, daily-use pasta that works well for health food retail and nutrition-focused product brands.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Rain-fed farming on red laterite soil in South India. Grown without irrigation or synthetic fertilisers. Hand-harvested at full maturity. Traditional crop that has been grown here for over 4,000 years.

Processing Method

Grain cleaned → sun-dried 4–6 days → stone-milled into fine flour → extruded into pasta shape → slow-dried → moisture-checked and packed.
