About This Product

Ragi atta is stone-ground finger millet flour used daily across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh as a base for roti, dosa, porridge, and a range of baked goods. The finger millet is sourced from rain-fed farms on red laterite soil in South India where it has been cultivated for over four thousand years. After harvest and sun-drying, the grain is stone-milled to a fine, dark flour without removing the outer bran layer. The flour is sieved for consistency and packed without any bleaching, fortification, or anti-caking agent. No blending with wheat flour is done. This is pure, single-ingredient ragi flour that retains the full nutritional value of the whole grain.
