About This Product

This product is a blend of puffed grains from multiple millets, finger millet, foxtail millet, sorghum, and pearl millet. Each grain is individually cleaned, sun-dried, and puffed separately using a hot sand dry process with no oil. After puffing, the individual puffed grains are blended in a set ratio to create a mixed puff that offers the combined nutritional profile of all four millets in one ingredient. Sourced from farms in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. The final blend is light, airy, and crunchy. It is used as an ingredient in multigrain snack bars, breakfast muesli, laddoos, chikki, and chocolate-coated health snack products.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Individual millets sourced from rain-fed farms across central and western India. Each grown in its native soil and climate without synthetic inputs. Traditional crop rotation maintained.

Processing Method

Individual grains cleaned → sun-dried → each puffed separately in hot sand without oil → cooled and separated → blended in set ratio → quality checked → packed in airtight, moisture-sealed bags.

Shelf Life

9 months from date of packing

Storage Advice

Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Seal immediately after use. Puffed grains lose crispiness in humidity; consume within 4 weeks of opening. Do not expose to moisture.
