Multi-Millet Pasta Penne

This penne is made from a blend of five or more traditional millets: finger millet, foxtail millet, little millet, kodo millet, and sorghum. Each millet is individually cleaned, sun-dried, and stone-milled before blending. The combined flour is then extruded into a penne shape and slow-dried for consistent texture. Sourced from farms across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh where these grains grow naturally in rain-fed fields.
