About This Product

Chia seeds grown on black cotton soil in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra are cleaned, sorted, and dry-roasted in small batches at a controlled temperature without any oil or fat. Roasting chia seeds changes their flavour. The outer shell becomes slightly crisp, and the flavour shifts from neutral to mildly toasty and nutty. A light measure of rock salt is the only seasoning added. No artificial flavoring, no oil, and no preservative is used. The seeds are cooled fully before packing to prevent condensation inside the bag. Roasted chia is increasingly used as a ready-to-eat snack addition in trail mixes, seed bars, and premium snack formulations where a more flavorful seed experience is needed.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Rain-fed farming on black cotton soil in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. No synthetic fertilizers in premium grade. Machine-harvested at full maturity. Cleaned and sorted before roasting.

Processing Method

Chia seeds cleaned and sorted → dry-roasted in small batches at controlled temperature without oil → rock salt added after roasting → cooled completely → packed in moisture-sealed pouches.

Storage Advice
