About This Product

Flax seeds grown in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar on cool dryland farms are the base for this product. After harvest, the seeds are sun-dried, cleaned, and de-stoned. They are then dry-roasted in small batches on a hot pan without any oil, no fat, no coating, and no artificial flavoring being applied. Light roasting makes the outer shell slightly crisp and brings out the mild nutty flavor naturally present in the seed. A small measure of rock salt is added after roasting as the only seasoning. The seeds are cooled completely before packing to prevent moisture retention inside the bag. Ready to eat straight from the pack.

How It's Grown & Processed

Farming Method

Cool dryland farming on loamy and black soil in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar. Minimal irrigation. No synthetic fertilisers in premium grade. Seeds are hand-harvested when pods are fully dry and mature.

Processing Method

Raw flax seeds cleaned and de-stoned → dry-roasted in small batches on a hot pan without oil → rock salt added after roasting → cooled completely → sorted for consistency → packed in moisture-sealed pouches.

Storage Advice

Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Roasted seeds absorb moisture faster than raw seeds immediately after opening. Consume within 6 weeks of opening. Do not refrigerate.
